NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN INSTALLMENT LOAN LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that Empower Lending LLC, 650 California Street, Floor 7, San Francisco, CA 94108 has filed an application with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Nebraska, for an Installment Loan License in compliance with the provisions of the Nebraska Installment Loan Act. Empower Lending LLC intends to operate installment loan servicing business activities in Nebraska under the Installment Loan Act.
Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for March 21, 2024. If substantive objections to the application are filed, the application will be scheduled for hearing.
